What attracted you to EYPS Teaching Supply as an employer?
One of the main things was the friendly and caring company ethos. They are also a company with a fantastic reputation in the North East.
What are the main responsibilities of your new role at EYPS?
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant I will be responsible for developing relationships with both schools and candidates. My main location area will be Gateshead and I look forward to providing a high level of customer service to the schools there. Additionally I will train, support and develop other members of the team.
What are the key qualities and skills that you can you bring to our team?
I bring a wealth of school and education knowledge as well as friendly consultative approaches. I really do care about the schools I work with and I’m passionate about finding teaching staff who are the perfect fit for their school.
What difference can you make to clients?
I make it my mission to understand everything about their school, their pupils, their teaching style, their ethos. That way I know I’ll always place the right staff with them.
How will you support candidates?
I listen to what they want so I can find their perfect role.
What are you most looking forward to in your new role?
The flexibility to provide an outstanding service at a fair price to schools.
What is your favourite holiday destination?
Las Vegas! I spent a week there on honeymoon last year.
